Defense & Security Technology. Global Business.
International defense business development, from strategy to execution.
We help defense and security companies enter international markets, build strategic and industrial partnerships, and win complex contracts. We also bring proven international solutions to Israel. We combine decades of industry leadership with hands-on commercial execution, and where we see exceptional potential, we invest.
Who we are
We are an Israel-based company, established in 1997, working with Israeli and international companies in defense, homeland security and dual-use technology.
Our experience spans the full commercial cycle: engineering, program management, international campaigns, contracts, P&L and transactions. We know how these markets work: long procurement cycles, government customers, many stakeholders, local industrial requirements and relationships built over years.
We link strategy to execution, and we stay with a client from first assessment to signed contract.

Funding and investment
Funding Solutions
We help companies raise the capital their growth requires: introductions to investors and funds, non-dilutive grant programs, and strategic investors from industry. We help prepare the case and the materials, make the introductions, and stay involved through the process.
Angel Investment
We invest as angels, with our own capital, in early-stage companies in defense, security and dual-use technology.
Founders come to us for advice, for introductions to funding, or for investment. Our capital comes with a rare companion: market access. We back founders the way we would want to be backed, with capital and with thirty years of knowing which doors to open, and stay close as the company grows from first contract to international business.
Our investments are selective and on our own account; we do not manage third-party funds.
Founders with proven technology, a strong management team and a clear, outstanding solution to a critical defense or security operational requirement are welcome to contact us.
Our network
Our work runs on a trusted network on both sides of every route.
Local partners
Experienced in-country partners who know their government customers, procurement rules and industrial partners. They give the companies we work with a local presence from day one.

Why Israeli defense technology wins the demo and loses the tenderIn defense procurement the best system is only the entry ticket. Five factors decide the contract: the whole decision chain, local industrial participation, Europe's new SAFE rules, procurement timing and long-term presence.
